Breathwork motivates this trapped energy to move out of you. Together, I will guide you in using your breath to release stuck emotions and move the energy that is stopping you from reaching your fullest expression of self. We will first begin with the sound healing with the reiki drum, root chakra, heart chakra & crown chakra crystal singing bowls. The reiki drum beats will powerfully ground you helping you to release & shift any unwanted stress, tension and old stored emotions that we no longer require. Then the sounds of the singing bowls will focus on grounding to the earth energy and root chakra & heart chakra connection.

We then continue with a heart energy healing to really come home to ourselves and open our hearts to fully embody unconditional love.
