We will first begin with the sound healing with the reiki drum & crystal singing bowls. This will powerfully release & shift any unwanted stress, tension and old stored emotions that we no longer require. The crystal singing bowls will focusing on balancing all the chakras.

We then continue with an energy healing to cleanse our energy body, connect to our hearts and open to unconditional love.

Then we move onto the reiki drum journey. This is a practise to tap into our inner guide and intuition to get clarity. The repetitive drum beats take our mind down to a dream state where we access our super-conscious mind to gain insights to any questions we may have. The journey is a great way to access what we already know and to tap into our soul and essence.
