As with any alternative healing therapy there may be periods of emotional, spiritual or physical shifts in your body, and the Reiki will move you through this with ease and flow.
Reiki Drum Journey 1hr €70
The Reiki drum is a powerful way of reconnecting with our body & Spirit. Reiki floods our bodies with the protective energy whilst the drum beats take us a visual and sensory journey.
This is a journey to access our inner wisdom, and brings us what we need in the given moment.
The journey can be taken to help shift blockages, find clarity or receive guidance on any personal issues you may be facing. This treatment has many healing benefits - ideal for groups or individuals.

A distant Reiki treatment is for you wherever you are in the world. Distance is no object!
The healing session will allow for a deeper connection to your body, unblocking emotions, bringing clarity to your heart and reawakening you to your inner power.
I will tailor a special session just for you; we can discuss before the treatment, what specific areas you would like to work on. A time will be scheduled for our treatment through the booking portal.
Embodied Awareness & Reiki 1.5hr €90
Embodied Awareness is a way for us to stay with our experience by using the body, breath or any sensory experience as as way to connect to the present moment. In this healing session we will use Reiki, breath, touch, sound and self inquiry to fully feel our emotions and notice our thoughts and allowing the body to be the ground for our awareness. A journey to awaken to all the parts of you.
Reiki & Breathwork 1.5hr €90
Breathwork infused with Reiki is a profoundly healing, elevating and transformative experience - A path to connect with your body, energy and breath.
Your breath is your superpower healing tool and combined with Reiki will assist you in balancing disharmony, regenerating your system and allowing you to feel and release the causal emotions. The sessions are the ultimate support for refocusing and resetting your whole system. It is an ideal offering for anyone wanting to go deep and have a total mind and heart reset.
