Return to Wholeness: A 4-Session Immersive Healing Journey
A private transformational container combining Reiki, Reiki Drum journeying, breathwork, and somatic inquiry to guide clients back into embodied presence, emotional clarity, and inner alignment with your intuition. Each session builds upon the last to create a layered shift in the nervous system and soul awareness.
Structure: 4 x 75-minute Sessions (spread over 4–6 weeks)
Session 1: Coming Home to the Body
Focus: Grounding, nervous system regulation, creating safety in the body.
Includes:
• Somatic inquiry to identify emotional blocks or patterns
• Breathwork for nervous system reset
• Grounding Reiki to open energetic flow
Outcome: Client feels anchored, calm, and connected to self-awareness.
Session 2: Clearing Old Energies
Focus: Releasing stuck or outdated emotional/energetic patterns
Includes:
• Guided Reiki Drum journey to access subconscious wisdom
• Dialogue-based integration of what arises
• Somatic tools to support letting go and containment
Outcome: Client clears space internally and reconnects with deeper intuition.
Session 3: Listening to the Inner Voice
Focus: Accessing authentic self and inner guidance
Includes:
• Somatic inquiry into inner parts (inner child, protector, etc.)
• Breathwork for emotional release or insight
• Reiki for heart-centering and expansion
Outcome: Client gains clarity on what’s truly theirs and what’s not.
Session 4: Integration & Empowered Living
Focus: Integration, embodiment of insights, forward momentum
Includes:
• Integration dialogue (what’s shifted, what remains)
• Breathwork or Reiki Drum for visioning
• Custom grounding ritual or somatic practice for sustaining the work
Outcome: Client leaves feeling aligned, empowered, and supported.

• A grounding practice PDF or ritual guide
