Psychic Surgery is an energetic Reiki-based practice combined with somatic inquiry to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth. It is not a medical treatment or a substitute for healthcare.
In this work, we focus on releasing energetic imprints that may be connected to past trauma, limiting thought patterns, emotional blockages, cord attachments, or dense, stagnant energy held in the system.
Somatic inquiry – helping the client notice sensations and explore what they're experiencing in their body.
Intuitive guidance alongside Reiki – using your intuitive impressions to inform the questions you ask while offering Reiki.
Restorative Reiki integration – allowing the client to rest while receiving Reiki at the end of the session.
Breathwork & Reiki
Online - 1.5 hour session
Breathwork infused with Reiki is a profoundly healing, elevating, and deeply transformative experience.
Each session offers a safe container to fully feel and gently release stored emotions, face and soften fears, and re-establish a calm, nourishing connection with your body, subtle energy, and breath.
Your breath is a powerful healing tool, and when combined with Reiki it helps to rebalance areas of disharmony, regenerate your nervous system and energetic field, and support the letting go of the underlying, causal emotions that keep you stuck.
In this session we use a combination of conscious connected breathwork or circular breathing, music and reiki
