In this work, we focus on releasing energetic imprints that may be connected to past trauma, limiting thought patterns, emotional blockages, cord attachments, or dense, stagnant energy held in the system.
Through intuitive guidance, somatic coaching (where I ask questions and your body responds), I support the safe release and reorganization of this energy and dispelling limiting beliefs
Breathwork & Reiki
Online - 1.5 hour session
Breathwork infused with Reiki is a profoundly healing, elevating and transformative experience. Each session allows you to fully feel and release your emotions, face your fears and connect with your body, energy and breath.
Your breath is your superpower healing tool and combined with Reiki will assist you in balancing disharmony, regenerating your system and allowing you to release the causal emotions.
