❋ Intentional StructureWe combined various approaches and techniques from body work. The small group could optionally start in the morning with a “Silent Meditation” on the yoga deck.
Every day there was a morning and an evening practice - also here always voluntary and openly inviting.
With a lot of Somatic Yoga, Qi-Gong, Hatha-Vinyasa somatically inspired yoga, dream-sensitive & gentle breathwork practice, Reiki drum journey, Somatic Inquiry group practice and a soundhealing we served many elements and layers of the body and nervous system.
❋ Collaborative EnergyTwo hosts, dream-sensitive, on the road for years with different instruments from body work and yet with very coherent background knowledge, led the group through the seven days deep immersion and finding the body.
❋ Expert FacilitationOn many levels we wanted to offer regulation and the opportunity to experience peace and recover from a longer period. The program was not overloaded and the day was completely free to be available between practices.
❋ A Supportive SpaceIt was very touching how the six participants supported and took each other with them. With great respect for proximity and distance. Together in the community and yet everyone with them on their own.
