You’re invited into a deeply grounding Reiki Drum Journey and Sound Healing — a space to settle your system, release any accumulated intensity, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

In times of wild weather, rapid change, and collective overwhelm, the body holds more than we realise. This journey offers a pause. A reset. A return to centre.

This is an invitation to gently release built-up energy, emotional residue, and mental noise, and to restore clarity, intuition, and inner calm..

The Reiki Drum Journey is a powerful, embodied experience that reconnects you with your body, your intuition, and Spirit. As Reiki flows through your system with protective, balancing energy, the steady rhythm of the drum carries you into a deep sensory and visual journey — exactly where you need to go.

No two journeys are the same. Some experience emotional release. Some receive insight or guidance. Others journey through vivid inner landscapes. Your body and inner wisdom lead the way, offering precisely what is needed in the moment.

This journey supports:

• Energy healing meditation
